Shipping & Refunds

Shipping We try to ship all our orders as quickly as posible, but please allow 48 hours for shipment of your order excluding weekends and holidays. Weekends and holidays may in some cases require an additional day. Refunds Full refunds for non engraved (personalized) luggage tags will be granted within 30 days of purchase date. Full refunds for engraved luggage tags will only be granted if an engraving error has been made in production or if there is a defect in the product itself. We will, however, first offer to correct any engraving errors and reship your order at no additional cost. Order Cancellations All orders must be cancelled in writing via email or Fax up until the date of shipping. Shipping Claims Shipping Claims due to damaged, stolen or interrupted shipments must be made in writing to AcryliGlo Designs within 21 days of your specific order ship date.
