Shipping
Luggage tags, engraved bag tags and engraved keychain orders are shipped via the US Postal Service using standard first class delivery. Expedited shipping for your order is also available by contacting customer service. Although most orders ship within two business days, please allow up to three business days for in house production and shipment of your order excluding weekends and holidays.Returns and Refunds
Returns for engraved luggage tag or keychain merchandise purchased must be received by Acryliglo within 21 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Any errors in engraving will be corrected and items reshipped at no additional charge. Refunds for orders which include engraving will be limited to material defects or production errors. Refunds for non engraved luggage tag purchases will be issued within 21 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Only the product portion of your non-engraved luggage tag purchase will be refunded. If you choose to return an item to us, you are responsible for paying for the return postage. If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased or have received as a gift for a different color or for a different product we would be happy to exchange it for you. Please send us the item(s) you would like exchanged along with written instructions for the exchange. You are responsible for paying the postage for shipping the items that you would like exchanged back to us as well as for the postage for your new items.
